I believe that with consistent strengthening, lengthening, and movement that meets your body where it’s at, but the curiosity to ask your body what it’s capable of, you can make living in your body an enjoyable, fun experience.

Pain management, movement longevity, and self-confidence drive me and my Pilates practice.
