I love Pilates, and I love to laugh.
Feeling comfortable in your own body isn’t just a turn of phrase to me. As a person living with chronic pain, Pilates has become a ritual for me that helps me find confidence in my body.
When I say confidence, I don’t just mean physical appearance; I mean confidence that when I put my foot on the ground, it will support my body, confidence that when I bend down to grab something, I will be able to get back up.
Whatever confidence in your body means to you, aesthetics, strength, coordination, stability, or a different personal definition, I want to help you find that confidence.
